Routes 9. and 10.
Bike map - rutes 9. and 10.

Route 9. Saborsko - Rakovica - Saborsko
We start the ride from the centre of Saborsko on an easy ascent. Upon entering the forest, followed by Čorkova Uvala, you will reach the natural phenomenon of virgin forest and the National Park of Croatia. The feeling that you are in a prehistoric film will follow you all the time because the high plains appearing along the route will leave you breathless. When you reach the Kozjak Lake, you will get the view of the blue and green pearl, and you can descend all the way to the lake. Continue the ride to Rakovica, and you will be able to enjoy the tourist facilities of the area, with the unavoidable visit to Baraćeve špilje (caves). The return to Saborsko through the forest area will give you the open views on the endless green of Kapela.

Total route length: 63.9 km
Altitude difference: 540 m

Route 10. Slunj - Cetingrad - Slunj
You start from the Centre of Slunj, through which passes Jozefina, and ascend passing by the Old Town towards the village of Popovac. Through the high land, you will get close to the neighbouring country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The ascent will take you to the ruins of the Old Town in Podcetin, with a beautiful view of Cetina and the neighbouring country. Cetingrad has played an important role in Croatian history; it was the site where the first Croatian Sabor (parliament) session was held. The town will welcome you with its renovated architecture and hospitality. The greenery of the forests and the fields will follow you on the way back to Slunj. At the place called Ponor, one kilometre away from the track, there is an unusual cave by the river. On the right side, just before the centre of Slunj, you should go down to see the village of Rastoke. The unusual architecture ofthe houses, whose foundations are made of limestone, will not leave you indifferent; and the streets are variegated with numerous waterfalls of the Slunjčica River, famous for being clean and drinkable.

Total route length: 49.8 km
Altitude difference: 201 m
