The Vrela Mrežnice canyon park

There is a lake and a natural island with the Vrela Mrežnice canyon park resort on the most beautiful part of the Mrežnica River.
The canyon park is an excellent location for realising various tourist and sport as well as team building programmes. There is the possibility to go camping (Robinson-style), to rent a cabin with a large terrace spacious enough to fit 60 people easily in, with the possibility of using the grill ("peka)", pike ("ražanj") barbecue, then various sport-recreational excursions on water that would last for one day or more (rafting, canyoning , canoeing) and next to the water (absail and free climbing, paintball and village games), all of which accompanied by excellent gastronomical offer in the resort restaurant and the cabin.
Located in the heart of the beautiful preserved nature, this unique canyon aquarium is 18 km away from Slunj and 68 km away from Karlovac. The access to the Canyon park is possible by two sides: -from the road Karlovac/ Duga Resa- Senj by choosing the road towards the South; (1) in Kukačka on the asphalt road to Slunj following the main road one can come to the bridge on the Mrežnica river immediately after which is the entrance to the Canyon park, or - on D1 from Slunj on the road to Kukačka and Ogulin to Primišalj where one can continue on the asphalt road to the bridge over the Mrežnica river next to which there is the entrance into the Canyon park.
